KLD delivered two sets of containerized steam systems, four sets of H-1200 hot water generator systems, one set of central integrated system and one set of auxiliary integrated systems. In 2016, KLD provided a skid mounted steam generating system for SMOC to meet the steam demand of users' animal rooms. Due to site limitations, the user selected two sets of KLD F-5 series steam generators to be placed in the container after comparison and installed on the roof, providing high-quality steam for all day experiment and production, and also effectively utilized the land space. There is no traditional boiler room built in the user's factory area, and KLD provides the containerized skid-mounted steam generating system. The proposal is that KLD installed 2 sets of F-5 series steam generators and the auxiliaries in the special container as overall containerized supply. as an header type steam heating system scheme for users. In the scheme, two F5 steam generators without supervision and inspection and their supporting systems are integrated into special containers for overall supply. The system provides users with stable and high quality steam 24 hours a day over the year.

TongRenTang Pharmaceutical Unit uses multiple KLD Steam Generators, which is flexibly inserted into the production, saving a lot of costs, completely avoiding the inevitable disadvantages of the traditional structure boiler, and improving the efficiency of the enterprise. The steam generator of the project is equipped with energy saver, coil type, gas fuel, 500 HP to produce saturated steam to meet the production needs of the user.
