It is the largest cogeneration and central heating enterprise in Dalian, which was established on January 6, 2000 with the approval of Dalian Municipal People's Government on the basis of the former Dalian thermal power group company, Dalian Chunhai Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and Dalian Xianghai Thermal Power Co., Ltd.

Their main business scope includes cogeneration, central heating, heating engineering design, supervision, installation and maintenance, and the purchase and sale of industrial production materials. At present, it is responsible for nearly 320 industrial and commercial heat users and more than 9 million square meters of ordinary heating users in the Central District of Dalian. The total heating area is more than 17 million square meters, accounting for about one third of the construction area of central heating in Dalian city.

The original coal-fired boilers are not able to meet the environmental protection requirements. However, the existing boiler room is too small for more capacity which they need for winter. That was when KLD came in, we provide DTPG with our 20 ton containerized steam generator system. As the entire system was completely assembled at our factory, minimum site installation is required, which eliminates planning, environmental protection, fire protection, boiler inspection and other government related processes, shortens the preparation time before operation and reduces a large amount of costs . After the first use of KLD steam integrated system, Dalian Thermal Power Co., Ltd. has ordered multiple 20 tons and 35 tons of containerized steam supply systems within 3 years, with a total of more than 10 sets.
